Ageless Abilities
Mondays 12:30-1:15pm

Are you looking to improve balance, mobility, & strength? Our Ageless Abilities class is geared towards those needing gentle, low-impact exercises!
Each week participants will run through circuits designed to support these goals!
Supportive environment—no experience needed!
COST: Monday classes from April 6 to June 22 - 11 classes for $110.
Gymnastics Ontario (GO) Annual Insurance fee is $48. (July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026)
The total for the Monday class is $158.
COST: Wednesday classes from April 8 to June 24 - 12 classes for $120.
Gymnastics Ontario (GO) Annual Insurance fee is $48. (July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026)
The total for the Wednesday class is $168.
The first invoice will be the number of weeks in that month x $10 plus the GO Fee.
For example: There are 4 weeks in January. The initial invoice is $40 (4 x $10) for classes
plus $48 for the GO Insurance fee, totalling $88. The next invoice is processed on the first of February.
The GO Insurance fee is paid once a season.
