Anita Small Executive Director
Anita has provided professional business management and programming within the Recreational Industry for over 25 years. Anita earned a Bachelor of Physical Education while attending Brock University. Anita is Certified NCCP level 3 Women’s Artistic Gymnastics and NCCP level 2 Trampoline. Having over 20 years experience Coaching.
Taylor Murray Program Director
Taylor has been involved with Bluewater Gymnastics for over 20 years as a gymnast and coach. She attended The Odette School of Business at the University of Windsor and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. Taylor is NCCP Competition 2 Trained Coach and Trampoline Level 2 Certified.
Pilar Maldonado Head Coach
Pilar has over 20 years of coaching experience, with 12 years as Head Coach. She is a NCCP Competition 3 Certified and Level 2 Trampoline Certified Coach. Pilar has a Masters Degree in Sports Psychology and an Advanced Degree in Physical Activities and Sport. She has coached and judged at the National Level and has trained regional, state, and national medalists.
